Barielle, Blue Capri. (Psst! Giveaway Inside!)
Barielle, Blue Capri. 2 coats.
Blue Capri is from Barielle's 2013 Summer Collection called Summer Brights. This collection consists of polishes that have been previously released except for this one. I've already shown you Pink Flip-Flops and Lemondrops on my Facebook page, but here they are again:
Back to Blue Capri; A vibrant cobalt blue with a touch of purple. In my photo I lost the purple tone so it looks like a brighter cobalt blue than it really is. It's a soothing shade of blue perfect for the summer. In comparison to all my other blues it's actually unique. It's lighter and more periwinkle than Essie's Mezmerized and It's a dark version of China Glaze's Secret Peri-wink-le. Formula was a little thin and watery so you will need to use careful application to avoid cuticle pooling. Also, be sure to allow each coat to dry thoroughly; I rushed it a little and ended up with some dragging. It's perfectly opaque in 2 coats; it's almost a 1 coater. Dry time was average. I added a coat of Seche Vite for a glossy look.
Barielle sent me this collection for review but since I've already got Pink Flip Flops and Lemondrops I thought someone out there might like to add them to their collection. Fill out the following Rafflecopter Widget and you will be entered to win them.
